Meticulously crafted. Perfectly balanced. 1933 Espresso is our seasonal espresso for milk. We carefully select, roast, and brew this coffee to create an outstanding milk-based coffee experience.
Nestled in a region of profound historical significance and stunning diversity, Peru offers landscapes ranging from the towering Andes to the expansive Amazon rainforest and a remarkable 2,500 km coastline. As the twelfth largest coffee producer worldwide, Peru’s coffee thrives mainly at elevations above 1,300 metres, benefiting over 520,000 individuals across eleven distinct regions.
Despite the challenges of small farm sizes and limited infrastructure, Cajamarca, a leading coffee-producing area, is known for its sweet and robust coffees. Volcafe Peru assists 7,000 farmers in four clusters. The Capili community, a cooperative of 210 farmers in Cajamarca, harvested 7,500 bags of specialty coffee in 2023. Their dedication to environmental stewardship is highlighted by their initiative to conserve 95% of their water usage, started in 2021.
